Before requesting a quote

• Preferred location, date and alternate date
• Guest count, seating format and dance floor or presentation needs
• Guest arrival, vendor access, setup and cleanup times
• Caterer, food service, outside equipment and hotel rooms

Confirm in writing before booking

• Rental amount, package and add-on prices, taxes and fees
• Access hours, overtime, staffing and what is included
• Deposit, balance deadline and cancellation terms
• Approved occupancy for your specific layout
• Vendor insurance, loading, power, cleaning and alcohol responsibilities
